Aamraai NA Plots: Embrace Serenity and Sustainability
Located in the picturesque setting of Devghar near Guhagar, the Aamraai development offers a pristine retreat from the urban sprawl. This NA sanctioned layout features only 36 plots ranging from 3,000 to 5,000 square feet, priced attractively at ₹425 per square foot. Each plot is thoughtfully oriented east/west, maximizing exposure to natural light and offering scenic views of the Konkan region.
Aamraai is designed with a focus on sustainability and modern amenities. The development boasts unique features such as a Nakshatravan project and a Gir Cow Goshala, promoting ecological balance and a lifestyle deeply connected to nature. Devraai marks the inaugural phase of our ambitious project, featuring a total of 4 rectangular plots that are east/west facing. Each plot is serviced by broad 9-meter wide internal roads on both sides, ensuring easy access and a structured layout. This phase set the standard for quality and design within our developments, now fully sold out and home to satisfied residents.
Vanraai Phase Overview:
Following the success of Devraai, the Vanraai phase expanded with 16 plots, each measuring approx 2000 sq. ft. These plots are primarily square, fenced with cement poles and barbed wire for enhanced security and privacy. Like Devraai, all plots in Vanraai are east/west facing and are flanked by 9-meter wide roads, mirroring the thoughtful planning of its predecessor.
Both phases boast a lush green environment with extensive tree plantations including mango, coconut, chiku, peru (guava), aamla, fanas (jackfruit), kokam, and kaju (cashew), which not only enhance the aesthetic appeal but also contribute to the biodiversity of the area. These plantations reflect our commitment to creating eco-friendly living spaces that residents can enjoy.
